間中我會到健身室以外的地方進行一些fat burn training以保持低的body fat, 以下是我最喜歡的fat burn circuit training, 成個workout只是用了20mins, 但消脂效果比一舨cardio有效及節省時間。

Push up go to failure
Assisted Pull up 20
Abs Crunch 20
Jump Squat 20
Lunges 20
Push up go to failure

* no rest between the exercises
* take 2 mins rest after all the exercises
* perform 4 times of the circuit
成個過程會好累, 但相當有效及省時, 改變一下, 還可以在家中進行, 如果想快速消脂, 大家可以一試!
